Psalm 141Daily Bible Reading with Paul Nison

Tehillim 142

Psalm 142 (CKJV)

1 I cry out to  יְהֹוָה  with my voice;
  I pray to  יְהֹוָה  with my voice.

I poured out my complaint before Him;
  I declare before Him my distress.

When my spirit grew faint within me,
Then You know my path.
In the way in which I walk
They have hidden a trap for me.

4 Look to the right hand, and see,
And no one is concerned for me:
No refuge remains to me;
No one inquires after my being.

I cried out to You,  יְהֹוָה
I said, "You are my refuge,
My portion in the land of the living.

6 "Listen to my cry;
For I am brought very low:
Deliver me from my persecutors;
For they are too strong for me.

7 "Bring my soul out of prison,
To give thanks to Your Name:
Let the righteous gather around me;
Because You deal kindly with me."

The Garden of Eden Part 4: The Serpent

Psalm 138

Tsephanyah ג

Zephaniah 3 (CKJV)

1 Woe to her that is filthy and polluted,
to the oppressing city!

She obeyed not the voice;
she received not correction;
she trusted not in יְהֹוָה
she drew not near to her Elohim.

Her princes within her are roaring lions;
her judges are evening wolves;
they leave no bone until morning.

Her prophets are reckless and treacherous persons:
her priests have polluted the holy,
they have done violence to the Torah.

5 But  יְהֹוָה  is Righteous in her midst;
He will do no iniquity:
Morning by morning He brings His judgment to light,
As unfailing as the light;

But the unjust know no shame!

6 "I have cut off the nations:
their corner towers are desolate;
I made their streets waste,
that none passes by:
their cities are destroyed,
so that there is no man,
that there is no inhabitant.

7 I said, "Only fear Me,
Accept instruction;"
So her dwelling should not be cut off,
howsoever I punished them:
but they rose early,
and corrupted all their doings.

8 "Therefore wait upon Me,"
                                 -- declares  יְהֹוָה
until the day that I rise up to the prey!
For My determination is to gather the nations,
that I may assemble the kingdoms,
to pour upon them My indignation,
even all My fierce anger:
For all the earth shall be devoured with the fire of My jealousy.

For then will I turn to the people a clean pure lip,
that they may all call upon the name of  יְהֹוָה
to serve Him with one consent.

10 From beyond the rivers of Cush My suppliants,
even the daughter of My dispersed,
shall bring My offering.

11 In that day,
You will not be ashamed for all thy deeds,
wherein you have transgressed against Me:
for then I will remove
out of the midst of thee
the proud exulting ones,
and you shall no more be haughty
in My set-apart mountain.

12 I will also leave in the midst of thee an afflicted and poor people,
and they shall trust in the Name of  יְהֹוָה .

13 The remnant of Yisra'el shall not do iniquity,
nor speak lies;
neither shall a deceitful tongue be found in their mouth:
for they shall feed and lie down,
and none shall make them afraid.

14 Shout for joy, O daughter of Tsiyon!
Shout, O Yisra'el!
Be glad and rejoice with all the heart,
O daughter of Yerushalayim!

15  יְהֹוָה  has annulled the judgment against you,
He has cast out your enemy!
The King of Israel, even  יְהֹוָה , is within you:
You shalt not see evil any more.

16 In that day it shall be said to Yerushalayim:
Fear not, O Tsiyon:
Let not your hands droop!

17  יְהֹוָה  thy Elohim is in your midst,
is mighty to save;
He will rejoice over you with joy;
He will rest in His love,
He rejoices over you with singing.

18 I will gather them that are sorrowful
for the solemn assembly,
who are of you,
to whom the reproach of it was a burden.

19 See, at that time I am dealing with all those afflicting you:
and I will save the lame,
and gather her that was driven out;
and I will exchange their disgrace
For them for praise
and for a name in all the earth
where they were put to shame.

20 At that time will I bring you again,
even in the time that I gather you:
for I will make you a name and a praise
among all people of the earth,
when I turn back your captivity before your eyes,
                                 -- said  יְהֹוָה .

Tehillim 138

1 I give You thanks
  with all my heart;
Before the mighty ones
  I sing praise to You.

I bow myself toward Your Kodesh Hekal,
And praise Your Name
For Your chesed and for Your Truth;
For You have magnified Your Word
  Your Name above all.

In the day when I called out, You answered me,
and made me bold with strength in my nefesh.

Kol Malchei Aretz
Give praise to You, O יְהֹוָה
When they hear the Words of Your mouth.

Yes, they shall sing of the Way of יְהֹוָה
for gadol is the Kavod יְהֹוָה .

Though יְהֹוָה be on high,
yet He looks upon the humble;
but the proud He knows from afar.

Though I walk in the midst of tzoros
Thou wilt preserve me alive;
Thou shalt stretch forth Thine Yad
against the wrath of mine enemies,
and Thy Yamin shall save me.

יְהֹוָה will perfect me;
Thy chesed, O יְהֹוָה , endureth l’olam;
Forsake not the works of Thine own yadayim.

Tsephanyah ב

Zephaniah 2 (CKJV)

1 Gather together, gather,
O nation without shame;
Before the decree bring forth,
Before the day pass as the chaff,
Before the fierce anger of  יְהֹוָה  come upon you,
Before the day of  יְהֹוָה 's anger come upon you.

Seek  יְהֹוָה
All you humble of the earth,
Who have fulfilled His Torah;
Seek righteousness,
Seek meekness:
Perhaps you shall be hid
On the day of wrath of  יְהֹוָה .

For Gaza shall be forsaken,
And Ashkelon a desolation:
They shall drive out Ashdod at the noon day,
And Ekron shall be rooted up.

Woe unto the inhabitants of the sea coast,
The nation of the Cherethites!
The Word of  יְהֹוָה  is against you;
O Canaan, the land of the Philistines,
I will even destroy you,
That there shall be no inhabitant.

And the sea coast shall be
dwellings and cottages for shepherds, and folds for flocks.

And the coast shall be for the remnant of the
   house of Judah;
They shall feed there on:
In the houses of Ashkelon shall they lie down in the evening:
For  יְהֹוָה  their Elohim shall visit them,
and turn away their captivity.

I have heard the insults of Moab,
And the jeers of the children of Ammon,
With which they have insulted My people,
And gloated over their own country.

Therefore as I live,
                                 --declares  יְהֹוָה  of armies,
                                                   The Elohim of Israel--
Surely Moab shall be as Sodom,
And the children of Ammon as Gomorrah:
Clumps of weeds, and patches of salt,
And a perpetual desolation:
The remnant of my people shall plunder them,
The remnant of my people shall possess them.

10 This shall they have for their pride,
because they have reproached and magnified themselves
against the people of  יְהֹוָה  of armies.

11  יְהֹוָה  will be terrible unto them:
He will famish all the gods of the earth;
And all the coastlands of the nations
Shall bow down to Him --
Every man in his own home.

12 You Cushites also,
They shall be slain by My sword.

13 And He will stretch out His Arm against the north,
And destroy Assyria;
He will make Nineveh a desolation,
Dry like a wilderness.

14 And flocks shall lie down
in the midst of her, all the beasts of the nations:
While jackdaws and owls roost on its capitals,
The great owl hoots in the window,
And the raven on the threshold.
Ffor He has stripped its cedar work bare.

15 This is the rejoicing city
that dwelt secure,
that said in her heart,
"I am, and there is none beside me"?
Alas, she is become a desolation,
A lair of wild beasts!
Everyone who passes by her
Hisses and gestures with his hand.

Tsephanyah א

Zephaniah 1 (CKJV)

1 The word of  יְהֹוָה  which came unto Tsephanyah the son of Kushi, the son of Gedalyah, the son of Amaryah, the son of Hizqiyah, in the days of Yoshiyahu the son of Amon, king of Yehudah.

I will sweep everything away
From the face of the earth
                                 --declares  יְהֹוָה .

I will sweep away man and beast;
I will sweep away the birds of the sky,
And the fish of the sea,
I will make the wicked stumble,
And I will destroy mankind
From the face of the earth,
                                 --declares  יְהֹוָה .

I will also stretch out My Arm against Yehudah,
And against all who dwell in Yerushalayim;
And I will wipe out from this place,
Every vestige of Baal,
And the name of the kemarim along with the priests;

And those who bow down on the roofs
To the host of heaven;
And those who bow down and swear to
  יְהֹוָה
But also swear by Malkam;
And those who have forsaken  יְהֹוָה
and those who have not sought  יְהֹוָה
And have not turned to Him.

7 Be silent before my  יְהֹוָה Elohim,
For the day of  יְהֹוָה is approaching;
For  יְהֹוָה  has prepared a slaughter,
He has bidden His set apart guests.
And on the day of the slaughter of  יְהֹוָה
I will punish the princes,
And the king's children,
And all who don a foreign vestment.

I will also punish on that day
Everyone who steps over the threshold,
Who fill their masters' palace
with lawlessness and fraud.
10 In that day there shall be,
                                 --declares  יְהֹוָה --
A loud outcry from the fish gate,
And an howling from the Mishneh,
And a sound of great anguish from the hills.

11 Howl, you inhabitants of Machtesh,
For all the tradesmen are cut down;
All they who weigh silver are wiped out.

12 And it shall come to pass at that time,
I will search Yerushalayim with lamps,
And I will punish the men
Who rest untroubled on their lees,
Who say in their heart,
 יְהֹוָה will do nothing, good or evil.

13 Their wealth shall be plundered
And their homes laid waste
They shall build houses, but not inhabit them;
Plant vineyards, but not drink their wine.

14 The great day of  יְהֹוָה is near,
It is near, and hastens greatly,
Hear the voice of the day of  יְהֹוָה !
It is bitter:
There a warrior shrieks!

15 That day is a day of wrath,
A day of trouble and distress,
A day of calamity and desolation,
A day of darkness and deep gloom,
A day of clouds and thick darkness,

16 A day of the shophar and alarms-
Against the fortified cities,
and the lofty corner towers.

17 And I will bring distress on the people,
And they shall walk like blind men,
because they have sinned against  יְהֹוָה ;
and their blood shall be poured out as dust,
and their flesh as the dung.
18 Neither their silver nor their gold
shall be able to deliver them
On the day of  יְהֹוָה
In the fire of His passion,
The whole land shall be consumed;
for He shall make a terrible end
Of all who dwell in the earth.

Happy Sabbath Eve Brothers and Sisters! June 9th, 2017

The Age of the Earth-Ancient Texts, Biblical and Archaeological Proof w/ Michael Mize

Tehillim 130

Psalm 130 (CKJV)

1 Out of the depths have I cried unto You, O  יְהֹוָה .

2 יְהֹוָה , hear my voice! Let Your ears be attentive to the voice of my prayers.

3 O Yah, if You should watch iniquities, O  יְהֹוָה , who would stand?

But with You there is forgiveness, that You might be feared.

I looked to  יְהֹוָה , my soul has looked, and for His Word I have waited.

My being looks to  יְהֹוָה  more than those watching for morning, watching for morning.

7 O Yisra'el wait for  יְהֹוָה for with  יְהֹוָה  there is loving-commitment, and with Him is much redemption.

And He shall redeem Yisra'el from all his iniquities.

IB'RIM 11

Hebrews 11 (CKJV)

1 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

For by it the elders obtained a good report.

Through faith we understand that the ages were prepared by the Word of Elohim, so that things which are seen were not made of things which are visible.

By faith Abel offered unto Elohim a more excellent sacrifice than Cain, by which he obtained witness that he was righteous, Elohim testifying of his gifts: and by it he being dead still speaks.

By faith Enoch was translated that he should not see death; and was not found, because Elohim had translated him: for before his translation he had this testimony, that he pleased Elohim.

But without faith it is impossible to please Him: for he that comes to Elohim must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of them that diligently seek Him.

By faith Noah, being warned of Elohim of things not seen as yet, moved with fear, prepared an ark to the saving of his house; by which he condemned the world, and became heir of the righteousness which is by faith.

By faith Abraham, when he was called to go out into a place which he should after receive for an inheritance, obeyed; and he went out, not knowing where he went.

By faith he sojourned in the land of promise, as in a strange country, dwelling in tabernacles with Isaac and Jacob, the heirs with him of the same promise:

10 For he looked for a city which has foundations, whose builder and maker is Elohim.

11 Through faith also Sarah herself received strength to conceive seed, and was delivered of a child when she was past age, because she judged Him faithful who had promised.

12 Therefore sprang there even of one, and him as good as dead, so many as the stars of the sky in multitude, and as the sand which is by the sea shore innumerable.

13 These all died in faith, not having received the promises, but having seen them afar off, and were persuaded of them, and embraced them, and confessed that they were strangers and pilgrims on the earth.

14 For they that say such things declare plainly that they seek a country.

15 And truly, if they had been mindful of that country from whence they came out, they might have had opportunity to have returned.

16 But now they desire a better country, that is, an heavenly: wherefore Elohim is not ashamed to be called their Elohim: for He hath prepared for them a city.

17 By faith Abraham, when he was tried, offered up Isaac: and he that had received the promises offered up his only begotten son,

18 Of whom it was said, That in Isaac shall thy seed be called:

19 Accounting that Elohim was able to raise him up, even from the dead; from whence also he received him back, in figure.

20 By faith Isaac blessed Jacob and Esau concerning things to come.

21 By faith Jacob, when he was dying, blessed both the sons of Joseph; and worshiped, leaning upon the top of his staff.

22 By faith Joseph, when he died, made mention of the departing of the children of Israel; and gave commandment concerning his bones.

23 By faith Moses, when he was born, was hid three months of his parents, because they saw he was a proper child; and they were not afraid of the king's commandment.

24 By faith Moses, when he was come to years, refused to be called the son of Pharaoh's daughter;

25 Choosing rather to suffer affliction with the people of Elohim, than to enjoy the pleasures of sin for a season;

26 Esteeming the reproach of Mashiach greater riches than the treasures in Egypt: for he had respect unto the recompence of the reward.

27 By faith he forsook Egypt, not fearing the wrath of the king: for he endured, as seeing Him who is invisible.

28 Through faith he kept the Passover, and the sprinkling of blood, lest He that destroyed the firstborn should touch them.

29 By faith they passed through the Red sea as by dry land: which the Egyptians assaying to do were drowned.

30 By faith the walls of Jericho fell down, after they were compassed about seven days.

31 By faith the harlot Rahab perished not with them that believed not, when she had received the spies with peace.

32 And what shall I more say? for the time would fail me to tell of Gideon, and of Barak, and of Samson, and of Yiphtah; of David also, and Samuel, and of the prophets:

33 Who through faith subdued kingdoms, wrought righteousness, obtained promises, stopped the mouths of lions.

34 Quenched the violence of fire, escaped the edge of the sword, out of weakness were made strong, waxed valiant in fight, turned to flight the armies of the aliens.

35 Women received their dead raised to life again: and others were tortured, not accepting deliverance; that they might obtain a better resurrection:

36 And others had trial of cruel mockings and scourgings, yea, moreover of bonds and imprisonment:

37 They were stoned, they were sawn asunder, were tempted, were slain with the sword: they wandered about in sheepskins and goatskins; being destitute, afflicted, tormented;

38 Of whom the world was not worthy: they wandered in deserts, and in mountains, and in dens and caves of the earth.

39 And these all, having obtained a good report through faith, received not the promise:

40 Elohim having provided some better thing for us, that they without us should not be made perfect.

1 Corinthians 13 (CKJV)

1 Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, and have not love, I am become as sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal.

And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries, and all knowledge; and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and have not love, I am nothing.

And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, and have not love, it profits me nothing.

Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud.

It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.

Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth.

It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.

Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away.

For we know in part, and we prophesy in part.

10 But when that which is perfect is come, then that which is in part shall be done away.

11 When I was a child, I spoke as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things.

12 For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.

13 And now abides faith, hope, love, these three; but the greatest of these is love.

Shavuot begins this Evening at Sundown

Leviticus 23

Shavuot

15 And from the morrow after the Sabbath, from the day that you brought the sheaf of the wave offering, you shall count for yourselves: seven  completed Sabbaths:

16 Until the morrow after the seventh Sabbath you shall number fifty days; and you shall offer a new grain offering unto  יְהֹוָה .

17 You shall bring out of your habitations two wave loaves of two tenths of an ephah; they shall be of fine flour; they shall be baked with leaven; they are the firstfruits unto  יְהֹוָה .

18 And you shall offer with the bread seven lambs without blemish of the first year, and one young bullock, and two rams: they shall be for a burnt offering to  יְהֹוָה , with their meat offering, and their drink offerings, even an offering made by fire, of sweet savour unto  יְהֹוָה .

19 Then you shall sacrifice one kid of the goats for a sin offering, and two lambs of the first year for a sacrifice of peace offerings.

20 And the priest shall wave them with the bread of the firstfruits for a wave offering before יְהֹוָה , with the two lambs: they shall be set-apart to  יְהֹוָה  for the priest.

21 And you shall proclaim on the same day, that it may be a dedicated assembly for you: you shall do no servile work therein: it shall be a statute for ever in all your dwellings throughout your generations.

Revelation 7:2-4 (CKJV)

And I saw another Angel ascending from the rising of the sun, having the seal of the living Elohim: and He cried with a loud voice to the four angels, to whom it was given to hurt the earth and the sea,

Saying, "Do not hurt the earth, neither the sea, nor the trees, until we have sealed the servants of our Elohim in their foreheads."

And I heard the number of them which were sealed: and there were sealed an hundred and forty and four thousand of all the tribes of the children of Yishra'el.

Pentecost: The day the Church was born, or was it? - Shabbat Night Live ...

Yehudah

Yehudah

Jude (CKJV)

1 Yehudah, the servant of יֵשׁוּעַ HaMashiach, and brother of Ya'aqov, to them that are set-apart by Elohim the Father, and preserved in Yeshua HaMashiach, and called:

Mercy unto you, and peace, and love, be multiplied.

Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write unto you of the common salvation, it was needful for me to write to you, and urge you that you should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints.

For there are certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, unElohimly men, turning the grace of our Elohim into indecency, and denying the only  יְהֹוָה  Elohim, and our Master יֵשׁוּעַ HaMashiach.

I will therefore remind you, though you once knew this, how that  יְהֹוָה , having saved the people out of the land of Mitsrayim, afterward destroyed them that believed not.

And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, He has kept in everlasting chains under darkness until the judgment of the great day.

Even as Sedom and Gamorha, and the cities around them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire.

Likewise also these filthy dreamers defile the flesh, despise dominion, and speak evil of dignities.

Yet Mika'el the archangel, when contending with the devil, he disputed about the body of Moshe, presumed not to bring against him a railing accusation, but said, " יְהֹוָה  rebuke you." (Zech. 3:2)

10 But these speak evil of those things which they know not: but what they know naturally, as brute beasts, in those things they corrupt themselves.

11 Woe unto them! for they have gone in the way of Qayin, and ran greedily after the error of Bil'am for reward, and perished in the rebellion of Qorach.

12 These are rocky reefs in your love feasts, when they feast with you, feeding themselves without fear: clouds they are without water, carried about of winds; late autumn trees without fruit, twice dead, plucked up by the roots;

13 Raging waves of the sea, foaming up their own shame; wandering stars, for whom is reserved the blackness of darkness forever.

14 And Chanok also, the seventh from Adam, prophesied of these, saying, "Behold,  יְהֹוָה  comes with ten thousands of His saints,

15 To execute judgment upon all, and to punish all who are unElohimly among them of all their unElohimly deeds which they have unElohimingly committed, and of all their harsh words which unElohimly Torah-breakers have spoken against Him.

16 These are grumblers, complainers, walking after their own lusts; and their mouth speaks proudly, having men's persons in admiration for the sake of gain.

17 But you, beloved, remember the words spoken before of the apostles of our Master יֵשׁוּעַ HaMashiach;

18 How that they told you there should be mockers in the last time, who should walk after their own unElohimly lusts.

19 These are they who cause divisions, sensual, not having the Spirit.

20 But you, beloved, building up yourselves on your most dedicated faith, praying in the Ruach Kodesh,

21 Keep yourselves in the love of Elohim, looking for the mercy of our Master יֵשׁוּעַ HaMashiach unto eternal life.

22 And show compassion toward some who are doubting, making a difference:

23 But others save with fear, pulling them out of the fire; hating even the garment defiled by the flesh.

24 Now unto Him Who is able to keep you from falling, and to present you blameless before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy,

25 To the only wise Elohim our Savior, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and forever. Amen.
