Lawless Illegals at Chicago Migrant Facility – FOIA Reveals Battery, Assault, Burglary, Domestic Battery, Criminal Sexual Abuse, Child Abuse, Stabbings at ONE SINGLE FACILITY

The dystopian political landscape in Chicago is reaching a fever pitch with the immigration crisis. Chicago is no stranger to violence in recent years. However, as illegal immigration continues to plague the country, real-world evidence of a crisis is on display throughout the streets of Chicago. Terry Newsome of Behind Enemy Lines, and Ben Bergquam of Real America’s Voice, teamed up on March 21st to expose the truth about the human catastrophe in Chicago. While many immigrants are likely seeking a brighter future, the economy of violence and exploitation has spun out of control due to the rampant corruption of the Democrat party in blue cities across America. Americans and illegal immigrants alike have become victims of violent crime including murder. Cities like Chicago signal no end in sight to the human tragedy that lays at the foot of the American taxpayer.
In December 2023 Ben Bergquam of Real America’s Voice re-posted a video on X from Terry Newsome of Behind Enemy Lines podcast highlighting the illegal immigrant catastrophe in Chicago. The post went viral approaching half a million views. Newsome had reported on busloads of immigrants being redirected to Chicago suburbs as a political ploy to attempt to slow down the migratory influx. Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson sought to politicize migrant women and children by pointing the finger at Texas Governor Gregg Abbot as the villain of the Biden administration’s illegal invasion. Mayor Johnson had directed law enforcement to both ticket and impound buses bringing illegal immigrants into the city. The bus companies reacted by redirecting their routes to suburban train stations where the illegals were forced to prolong their journey waiting in the freezing temperatures of the Chicago winter.
Newsome recorded some of these interactions for his podcast and start-up news site, Behind Enemy Lines. In February of 2024 The Gateway Pundit reported on an interaction Newsome had in the Downers Grove, Illinois train station. Newsome encountered a number of Venezuelan immigrants appearing to flash gang signs and tattoos associated with the transnational criminal gang, Tren de Aragua. Predictably, many of these immigrants voiced their fealty to Biden.
In March 2024, Newsome and Bergquam traveled to a well known repurposed factory on the southside of Chicago to speak with Pastor David Lowery and many southside African Americans frustrated by the crisis. The men expressed their concern regarding the influx of immigrants who will likely replace cheaper labor by taking even lower wages under the table for cash. They spoke of the increased burden of the taxpayer to cover the myriad social services necessary to care for the illegals.
There was clear frustration with the Democrat party that is supporting these policies. The proof of the Democrat’s apathy to American suffering was on display recently when all 51 Democrat senators voted against Marsha Blackburn’s bill, the CLEAR Act. The bill would help deport illegals who commit violent crimes, among other protections.
The illegal immigration crisis is obvious to most Americans regardless of party affiliation. Apparently, that truth is no bulwark against the gas-lighting propaganda of NPR, whose March 8th headline read: “Immigrants are less likely to commit crimes than U.S.-born Americans, studies find.” The piece is a typical butchering of generalized statistics such as, “They found that undocumented immigrants are 37.1% less likely to be convicted of a crime.” Of course, less likely to be convicted is certainly less concerning than whether someone is more likely to COMMIT a crime or not. Surely, this is a distinction NPR mistakenly omitted from the piece. They also cited a study between 2007 and 2016 that showed there was no link between undocumented immigrants and an increase in crime. This is hardly relevant without the context of the recent years of attacks on law enforcement and the underwriting of criminal leniency in blue cities like Chicago since 2020.
There is no better evidence of the Democrat-fueled chaos in Chicago than the unintended encounter Newsome and Bergquam experienced on March 21st.
The duo, along with Pastor Lowery, stumbled upon a group of illegals allegedly engaged in a drug deal. The incident went viral with over 1 million views of Bergquam’s X post. In the video the illegals appear aggressive and indignant about their activities confronting Newsome and Bergquam face to face. The incident ends with one of the illegals showing his contempt via the middle finger. A more fitting expression representing a Biden America could not have been captured.

Most shocking however, is what was found via a FOIA request made by Terry Newsome.
After encountering push back from employees when attempting to report on the illegal alien shelter at the Inn of Chicago, Newsome made a FOIA request for all calls, complaints, reports, or arrests associated with the location between January 1, 2023 and February 22, 2024.
In the 200 pages of reporting returned, there were many violent crimes including aggravated battery, assault, domestic battery, burglary, robbery, aggravated criminal sexual abuse, aggravated criminal sexual assault, child abuse, child abduction, endangering the life/health of a child, and multiple stabbings.
Littered throughout the reports are descriptions of mental health incidents. Pictured below are a few disturbing detailed reports, including one incident where a husband physically assaulted his wife for sending remittances back to the family.
More disturbing still, is the heavily redacted aggravated criminal sexual abuse of a minor who was sent to Lurie Children’s Hospital. Lastly, the mugshot shows a man who was physically abusing a 4 year old boy.

Americans will be on the hook for increased police presence, hospital visits, Department of Children and Family Services visits, and many other social welfare programs that the illegals will, of course, be forced to consume. The problem is unsustainable from an economic perspective. Yet, in light of this reporting at just one location in Chicago, the moral crisis we face is untenable to the survival of a nation who wishes to pose as the moral authority on the world stage. Rebuking the Democrat party at the ballot box in November is no longer a political vote. It is a vote of conscience.
The Courage To Open Fire
Like the works of David Irving, you will never find Jean Raspail’s The Camp of the Saints on one of those Banned Books displays so beloved of the women (and it always seems to be women) who run bookstores and libraries. And the reason is simple: these books have been banned.
In polite society, that is. Among the bien pensant. So dangerous is Camp of the Saints that the holder of the English-language copyright actively suppresses the book, lest it find its way into the hands of, well, you. Hard copies are hard to find. But you can, with minimal searching, get bootlegs online.
Because this book has received many excellent reviews, noted below and which I insist that you read, I’ll review its plot as briefly as possible.
Aided and abetted by the French Church, rulers, elite and the intelligentsia, an armada of “migrants” is about to invade France. Alas, the magic of the French soil does not convert them to Frenchmen; they instead remain foreigners and they turn the country into the hellholes from which they had escaped.
The French elite feel (not think) that this fate is what the native French deserve. Yet the elite somehow believe their saintly acts of welcoming the entire world will be repaid and the utopia of Equality will be instituted. In the end, and to their great surprise, their reward is to have their throats slit.
Here is the key for us, from the review by Charles Haywood:
As the “Last Chance Armada,” so dubbed by sympathetic talking heads, approaches France, the government does nothing but wring its hands, while offering worthless words about the ancient grandeur of the nation. Much of the book is a build-up to the crucial speech by the prime minister, right before the invaders land, to tell the nation what to do. He writes a speech in which he orders resistance by force; but as he gives the speech, his will cracks, and he simply tells everyone to follow his own conscience, which means nothing can or will be done to resist the invasion. Almost nobody in France, not just the elites, has the will to resist; they are all hollow men, unworthy of their ancestors, and by implication unworthy of keeping what their ancestors won and built. “For the West is empty, even if it has not yet really become aware of it. An extraordinarily inventive civilization, surely the only one capable of meeting the challenges of the third millennium, the West has no soul left.” The invaders run aground in southern France on Easter Sunday (Raspail is not particularly subtle), or at least the 800,000 who have not died on the way do, and sweep ashore.
In another review, this by Nathan Pinkoski in First Things entitled “Spiritual Death of the West“, we read of the French elite:
It was not Raspail but Jean-Paul Sartre who first envisioned the Global South invading the Global North. In his 1961 preface to Frantz Fanon’s The Wretched of the Earth, written as Charles de Gaulle was preparing to lower France’s flags in Algeria, Sartre argued that decolonization was not enough to settle the score. France and the French deserved punitive subjugation. “Our soil must be occupied by a formerly colonized people and we must starve of hunger,” he wrote.
Switch now to the southern border of the once United States last week. Here is a video of a horde of “migrants” near El Paso. The Texas National Guard, armed, stands off the horde, but only for a moment. There are only a handful of soldiers, and an army of “migrants”. The “migrants” push the Guard aside, and rush the border.
Not a shot is fired.
There were shots fired in the Summer of Floyd riots. Which, following Sartre, our elites encouraged and abetted. Stay inside!, they warned, because the coronadoom will kill you dead if you fail to obey social distancing. Unless you were rioting, Experts insisted, which conferred immunity.
The shots fired in 2020 were from members of Black Larcenous Marauders and other criminals in a murderous “mostly peaceful” sprees, which were welcomed and cheered. No looters were shot.
Yet there was one other notable incident of shots being fired. By young Kyle Rittenhouse, who, doing what officials refused, rid the world of some “antifa”.
And there was, even, a shot fired in Camp of the Saints. As Pinkoski retells it:
Indeed, the first shots fired are white-on-white violence. As the novel begins, the armada of migrants arrives on the French shore. A retired professor in his seaside cottage looks on. He is accosted by a young white miscreant who mouths a version of Sartre’s declaration. The other villagers have fled, but the professor, a representative of high culture who is determined to defend his home and his way of life, stands his ground. The youth vows to lead a band of migrants to pillage the professor’s home. The professor collects his rifle, never before used in anger, and shoots him.
The professor and Rittenhouse have in common the same thing, the thing lacking everywhere else: the courage to open fire.
The phrase is from C. Northcote Parkinson (of Parkinson’s Law fame), from his neglected classic The Evolution of Political Thought.
Parkinson shows how political systems inevitably evolve, starting well with some form on truly elite rule, and devolving into (as Aristotle agrees) the worst state, that of democracy. Democracies end badly, usually in dictatorship or (in a more current phrase) leftist singularities and civil war.
With my emphasis:
Civil War of this kind seems likely to produce dictatorship in any case; nor do dictatorships of different origin differ from each other as much as might be supposed. For the dictator, in the last resort, is not so much a master of intrigue and cruelty as a man with sufficient moral courage to open fire…
Governments which collapse when mobbed are usually lacking not weapons but courage. At some point in a situation of growing disorder someone must give the order to fire or charge. In a capital city — with the certainty that half the casualties will be innocent bystanders — this requires a fair amount of courage, it is easiest for a foreigner, a Prince Rupert, a Napoleon, a General Dyer; and easier still if the troops are also foreign — Scottish mercenaries in Paris, Swiss mercenaries in Rome or German mercenaries in Algiers.
Everybody remembers the “whiff of grapeshot” used by Napoleon to end the madness in France. None of our rulers, that we know of anyway, have that kind of courage.
As long as we’re drawing from fiction, and because there is a slew of commentators on the soft right who say it is our Christian “duty” to let everyone in who wants in, even if it swamps the lifeboat and kills everybody, it’s well to recall the 1951 movie When Worlds Collide .
Briefly, the earth is about to be destroyed by a star-planet combination that will sweep past the earth, the star consuming our home, though the star’s planet will survive. An eccentric wealthy man funds a rocket ship that will carry a handful of carefully selected people to the new plant. The compound where the rocket is built is fenced off and secured by men with guns supplied by the wealthy man.
There is no angst about Diversity or Equality in picking the crew, but there is great concern about the number, because weight equals fuel, which is sorely limited. Only a few can go. And there is no doubt: the earth will be destroyed. This is it. The end.
Some get to go and live, the rest have to stay and die. A lottery, which all agree to, is used to make the choice.
As the ship is sealed, the compound is besieged. And those inside who lost the lottery, about to be left behind, awaken to their coming fate. One man shouts, “And why should our lives be decided by a raffle! It could have been fixed!” Another says, “It should have been done by voting!” They rush the ship, hoping by violence to secure passage.
But some men guarding the ship have the courage to open fire.
And mankind is saved.

Mayorkas’ DHS Alone Spending $103.2B This Year To Finance Great Replacement
VDARE.com has repeatedly reported that American taxpayers, via subsidies to Non-Governmental Organizations, are financing their own Replacement by immigrants, both legal and illegal. As well, federal, state, and local governments spend billions on food stamps, housing assistance, direct cash payments, and race-based programs for healthcare among other items [Welfare Use by Immigrants and the U.S.-Born, by Steven A. Camarota and Karen Zeigler, Center for Immigration Studies, December 19, 2023]. But that isn’t all. Add in hundreds of billions more from Alejandro Mayorkas’ Department of Homeland Security, which is also helping finance the invasion at the southwest border.
For fiscal 2024, the DHS budget is $103.2 billion [FY 2024 Budget in Brief, DHS.gov]. Since he took office in 2021, Biden has increased the DHS budget more than $7 billion. But Americans have only become less safe, as the murder of nursing student Laken Riley rather proves.

The most obvious components of DHS to scrutinize: Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and Customs and Border Protection (CBP). Combined budgets: $27.8 billion, much of it for importing Biden’s illegals. One example: ICE’s Alternatives to Detention Program, which includes vocational training, “trauma-informed care,” and legal, nutrition, mental health, and substance abuse services. Instead of rounding and deporting illegals, ICE is busy making them at home.
Consider the cost of detaining illegals versus deporting them:
- In fiscal 2016, the cost of holding an illegal alien for about 55 days was about $190 per day per illegal:

The figures are virtually the same. Of course, the Treason Lobby—in this example, the National Immigration Forum—argues above that Alternatives to Detention for illegals is much cheaper than detention and deportation. True perhaps, but I’m guessing taxpayers like Laken Riley’s parents would have no problem with spending the $10,000 apiece to deport them.
The Federal Emergency Management Agency also plays a crucial role in The Great Replacement after Biden releases illegals to colonize our cities and towns. FEMA’s fiscal 2024 budget will include more than $800 million for its Shelter and Services Program, which will send that money to nonprofits that will help relocate and house illegals [Fiscal Year 2023 Shelter and Services Program Fact Sheet, FEMA.gov].
While the bulk of this spending takes place in border states, FEMA sends millions to hundreds of millions to Illinois, Maine, New York, and Minnesota, among others [FEMA Assistance for Migrants Through the Emergency Food and Shelter Program-Humanitarian (EFSP-H) and Shelter and Services Program (SSP), EveryCRSReport.com, August 31, 2023]. “FEMA in your community” would appear to mean that unvetted illegal aliens will soon arrive courtesy of a private-public partnership funded by the Federal government.
And FEMA isn’t the only DHS agency settling “migrants” in American towns and cities. ICE has paid tens of millions of dollars in hotel fees to house illegals. Citing a report from Axios, which revealed the regime’s $86 million contract to house illegals at hotels in Texas and Arizona, the Center for Immigration Studies estimated that Americans pay $392 per night per illegal [Taxpayers to Spend $392.69 per Person per Night on Hotels for Illegal Border-Crossers, by Andrew Arthur, March 23, 2021]. That’s more expensive for a night than some rooms at the Ritz-Carlton.
Illegal aliens are far from the only category of immigrants that the federal government is importing en masse, proving VDARE.com’s point that legal immigration is just as bad as illegal immigration.
United States Citizenship and Immigration Services, the agency responsible for admitting “migrants” to the country and processing citizenship applications, has a budget of more than $6.5 billion, an increase of $1 billion since 2022. The agency is explicitly accelerating the naturalization of immigrants to mint new Democrat voters and push ahead the Great Replacement [United States Citizenship and Immigration Services Budget Overview, Fiscal 2024, DHS.gov]. In fiscal 2023, USCIS naturalized 878,500 “new citizens,” whom I will not call Americans [Naturalization Statistics, USCIS.gov].
Meanwhile, DHS reports how radically altered the nations of origin have been. The most common nations of origin for newly naturalized citizens: Mexico, India, the Philippines, Cuba, the Dominican Republic [U.S. Naturalizations: 2021, DHS.gov]. Of the top 20 countries for the newly naturalized, only two were majority-white and in the West: Canada and the United Kingdom.
In 1966, Europeans accounted for 60.6 percent of all persons who became American citizens. By 2006, the figure was 14.4 percent, and since 2016, the figure has been less than 10 percent.
(The report also exposes a common lie about the U.S. immigration system: the refrain that America is receiving the “best and the brightest” immigrants in the world. Only 13.2 percent of people naturalized in 2022 came to the United States through an employment program, while some 36.3 percent were admitted as relatives of U.S. citizens. This means that a full 50.5 percent of those who become citizens were admitted to the country based on a familial tie.)
Now, when DHS is finished with its part in dispossessing and Replacing the Historic American Nation, our investigation moves on to the Department of Justice.
The Biden Administration has requested some $1.5 billion for its Executive Office for Immigration Review, more popularly known as the immigration court system. TRAC Immigration reports that EOIR grants roughly 47 percent of all asylum requests. Ten percent of those who file appeals after rejection are granted asylum [Immigration Appeals Attorney: Nationwide Deportation Defense, Bataraimmigrationlaw.com].
Finally, in addition to financing the land invasion at the southwest border, taxpayers are also paying for Biden to fly them. Tod Bensman of the Center for Immigration Studies recently revealed that in 2023, Biden flew in some 320,000 illegals to 43 airports nationwide [Government Admission: Biden Parole Flights Create Security ’Vulnerabilities’ at U.S. Airports, by Todd Bensman, CIS.org, March 4, 2024]. That might explain why the Regime requested a $1.6 billion budget increase for the Transportation Security Administration. It also recently drafted a request to hire more than 2,500 new TSA agents [DHS budget request forecasts big hiring goals for CBP, TSA, by Justin Doubleday, Federal News Network, March 13, 2024]. TSA personnel are doubtless feeling the strain of importing hundreds of thousands of “migrants,” who, by the way, are literally allowed to live at airports.

If the series of programs outlined above were reoriented to prioritize the deportation and repatriation of individuals the U.S. could deport hundreds of thousands of people a year.
The Great Replacement could be turned into a Great Repatriation.
ICE and CBP should be deporting illegals, particularly the rapists and murderers among them, not serving as a concierge agency to bring them in.
USCIS should prioritize the cancellation of visas, work permits, Green Cards, and other residency permits, and more importantly, be utilized to investigate naturalization fraud. Millions of criminals could see their citizenship revoked and be removed from the country.
Policies indicate priorities. Americans must demand that their priorities come before those of foreigners.

"Invasion": Riot Erupts After Migrant Swarm Breaches US Southern Border, National Guard Left Helpless

Shocking scenes were caught on tape in El Paso - which technically is in Texas but may as well be in Mexico - on Thursday afternoon when a massive swarm of angry illegal aliens stormed the key chokepoint to the US southern border, breaking through the border wall and steamrolling National Guard troops.
For those still unconvinced, this nation is being invaded, this video of illegals storming the border today should convince you otherwise.
The illegal immigrants are seen pulling the barrier open as four National Guardsmen try to keep them from crossing the border in the video posted on X by New York Post reporter Jennie Taer Thursday. The illegal immigrants rush through the gap opened, almost tramping the National Guard personnel, until coming up against a second, sturdier barrier.

President Biden's disastrous open border policies have endangered the lives of American troops and citizens, just so Democrats can cheat in the next elections and flood mail-in ballots with votes from illegals. No other nation in the world, not even Europe's socialists, is willing to tolerate an invasion of this magnitude that has flooded the US with ten million illegals under Biden, who reversed multiple border-crossing policies initiated by Trump on his first days in office.
Texas has been clashing with the Biden administration over the state’s efforts to stop illegal immigration, with the United States Court of Appeal for the Fifth Circuit placing legislation that would allow state and local law enforcement to arrest illegal immigrants on hold.
Republican Gov. Greg Abbott of Texas has called up the state’s National Guard to assist in erecting barriers to prevent illegal entry at places like Eagle Pass, which has been a hot spot for illegal crossing.
