State Representative Justin Humphrey from District 19 in Pushmataha
County, Oklahoma, has called for a thorough investigation into
allegations of constitutional and civil rights violations by the Bureau
of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF).
The allegations were brought forward by 52-year-old high school
history teacher, Baptist pastor, and part-time gun dealer, Russell
Fincher. Mr. Fincher claims that ATF agents employed intimidation
tactics and coercion to force him into surrendering his federal firearms
license.
Fincher has been a Federal Firearm License (FFL) holder for three years and has mostly dealt with firearms at gun shows.
According to a report from Lee Williams of The Gun Writer,
on June 16, 2023, as Fincher and his son were preparing for a gun show
in Tulsa, they were unexpectedly confronted by a massive show of force.
Seven vehicles carrying a dozen ATF agents, armed with AR-15s and
dressed in tactical gear, raided Fincher’s home in Clayton. This
intimidating display culminated in Fincher being handcuffed on his deck
while surrounded by agents. The presence of armed agents and their
aggressive behavior left Fincher and his son traumatized.
“They held me on the porch for about an hour. I was surrounded by
agents. One by one, they yelled at me about what I was doing. In my mind
I decided if they were going to beat me up over every little thing, I’m
done. As soon as I said, ‘If you want my FFL, you can have it,’ one of
the agents pulled out a piece of paper and said, ‘Well then sign here.’
He had made three copies in case I screwed one up. It was exactly what
they wanted. I was shocked,” Fincher added.
During the raid, ATF agents pressured Fincher to terminate his federal
firearms license. They presented him with pre-prepared termination
documents and coerced him at “gunpoint” into signing them, using the
threat of further action against him and his firearms-dealing
acquaintances.
“They took more than 50 of my personal guns,” Fincher said. “I asked
them why, and they said they were ‘evidence.’ I’d estimate they took
$50,000 to $60,000 worth of guns.”
“You’re done. We have to shut you down,” Fincher recalls Mongell saying.
“You tell all your FFL buddies we are coming for them. We are shutting
the gun shows down.”

Judge Timothy Kelly sentenced Joseph Biggs to 204 months (17 years) in prison for
walking in the Capitol building for approximately 20 minutes during the
Capitol riot on January 6.

The government sought 33 years for Biggs. Kelly ceded to the defense
that the government sentencing recommendation was egregious.
Kelly noted prior offenders who were found guilty of seditious
conspiracy had all murdered people, attempted to murder masses of
people, bombed or attempted to bomb buildings and committed other
violent crimes that resulted in mass casualty.
But the federal judge proceeded to throw the book at the decorated
veteran who earned two purple hearts while serving in the Iraq and
Afghanistan wars, warning Biggs’ trespassing violation and shaking of a
fence for a moment as Congres secured Biden’s presidency warrants severe
penalty.
“Judge Kelly’s decision is an attack on the constitutional principles of
this country and will lead to far more violence and division in our
nation,” Monk told TGP. “He should stand down and recuse himself from
all J6 cases. I love Joe. Joe Biggs is a hero. He deserves none of this.
None of these sentences will stand through appeals and congressional
action.”
Leisurely
shoppers at two different California malls suddenly found themselves
amid disturbing frenzies of teenage antisocial behavior on Sunday
afternoon. At each of the malls, the mayhem carried on for
hours, with a series of brawls and other disturbances culminating in
gunfire and a stabbing as overwhelmed security guards and local police summoned reinforcements from nearby jurisdictions.

that hero was Maurice Hardy, who told the station, "I’ve got two little
brothers and if I see something like that happening, I would want
somebody to help them,” Hardy said. “So I thought, ‘I got to help them.’ I don’t like bullies. I don’t like stuff like that.”

Sunday at the East Bay Mall in Emeryville, a city wedged between Oakland
and Berkeley. There, the trouble started around 4:30 pm with a pack of 50 teens creating an unspecified disturbance at one of the businesses at the mall.
Over the next two hours, some 250 more teenagers amassed near the AMC theater. ABC7
says they were drawn lured by National Cinema Day, a promotion that saw
theater chains offering $4 tickets -- probably for the last time ever.
One shopper said people were "pepper-spraying each other" and "throwing
chairs," prompting her group to make a roundabout escape through a
parking garage.

"Emeryville police say they were on the scene Sunday evening after about
300 juveniles broke into groups and were involved in multiple fights
near the AMC Theater on Bay and Shellmound Streets."
"It's terrifying being out in public and it's frustrating that it's happening by our own kids," Nadine Huerta told NBC Bay Area.
"I don't believe that kids were gathering to fight," East Oakland Youth Development Center CEO Selena Wilson told ABC7. "I think kids were gathering to get a lot of energy out and I
think there is a lot of pent up rage, anger, frustration and anxiety
that kind of creates this powder keg that is easy to ignite."
Wilson attributes the antisocial behavior to a variety of factors. Allow ZeroHedge to list her factors in order, from credible to preposterous. They are: forced isolation during the Covid lockdowns (absolutely); a housing crisis (um...maybe?); political divisions (LOL...among these teens?); and climate change (ROFLCOPTER).
Conspicuously absent from Wilson's list: fatherless households and lax policing.
She says parents and caregivers need "additional resources" to manage
the burgeoning "mental and social health crisis." Upon learning that
many of the hoodlums in the Emeryville riot were from its student
population, the Oakland Unified School District messaged parents, urging them to talk to their kids about how to peacefully resolve conflicts.
Informed people are increasingly wary of venturing into public venues where teens are likely to convene. "I don't come here on the weekend, same as other places," Michelle Moore told NBC Bay Area. "It's silly, but I've been doing that for a while because crime has gotten so bad."
A
parent at a California elementary school has slammed officials for
sanctioning a playdate for kids that essentially segregated them by
race, and excluded white children.
A flyer for the event at Anthony Chabot Elementary School in Oakland, CA notes that it is “for black, brown and API families.”
“If
your family identifies as Black, Brown, or API or are [sic] a
parent/caregiver of a Black, Brown, or API student. Come hang out while
we get a chance to know each other and build our community as we kick
off this schoolyear [sic],” reads the invite to the event.
Ironically it was hosted by the school ‘equity & inclusion committee’.

a pattern becoming clear yet? It kind of looks like black Democrats are
engaged in lawfare against the leader of the opposition (and the whiter
of the two major political parties) and a Biden voter (Elon Musk) who

Can This Be Anti-White If White People Don't Exist?
In
a way, that sounds like a silly question--obviously, white people
exist--but it's precisely their lack of positive recognition as a
distinct group that facilitates the examples of government
discrimination above. At the same time, that sort of discrimination has
raised the racial consciousness of more whites. A prominent example of
that this week was Charlie Kirk's white pride tweet.
It's dumb. White is a color. Be proud of being Irish or French or Dutch or, I dunno, American?
To
understand the significance of Charlie Kirk tweeting that, it helps to
know that he and his outfit, Turning Point USA, were as recently as a
few years ago, establishment, colorblind, conservatives. Expressing
pride in being white was something he would have considered well outside
the Overton window then. Christopher Rufo, America's most effective
activist against leftist politics in schools, wasn't comfortable with
Kirk's embrace of white identity as such. In response, Scott Greer
pointed out that being white has more impact on a white American's life
than being part-Italian or part some other specific European identity:

modern America, ethnic identity for whites is far less tangible than
race. Vast majority of whites are mixed, were not raised in ethnic
communities, and have little ties to a distinct ethnic identity outside
of pasta night. Meanwhile, white can define how people see you on the
street, how you dress, whether you get into the university you want,

average white person much more than being part Italian.

uprooted, brought to the surface, and made level with everything else

"whiteness" don't act in accordance with this new reality, they will be

When There Are No Whites To Blame
Moving west, we
get to the most tragic preview of post-white America: the Lahaina
wildfire on Maui, where it looks like the final death toll will be well
over a thousand people. From what we know so far, this was partly the
result of massive government incompetence...
Just
to review, the local government in Maui didn’t use the sirens to alert
residents to the fire, didn’t allow access to water to put out the fire,
and blocked the only exits out of town.

You've
almost certainly seen the video of President Biden seemingly dozing off
during a memorial for the victims in Maui; as others have noted,
President George W. Bush got far more criticism for flying over New
Orleans after Hurricane Katrina than Biden taking his leisurely time to
get to Maui, then dozing during a memorial, and jokingly comparing the
devastating loss of life there to a kitchen fire he once had in
Delaware. Like Bush, Biden is white, but unlike Bush, he is the leader
of the party of nonwhites and self-abasing whites, so he can't be
blamed.
Most Hawaiian government officials will likely escape
blame too. Accountable, democratic government will be missing from
post-white America. As the founder of Singapore, Lee Kwan Yew said of

Trading The Decline
Incompetence in Maui appears to have included the local electric utility as well, Hawaiian Electric
(HE). That company was in the news for two reasons yesterday. First,
Maui County sued them for negligence that may have caused the fire.

which freed slaves in English territories. But it was not until 1851
when the Brazilian slave trade was abolished that the English began
blockading the ports of Africa’s Slave Coast. Nevertheless, the Dahomey
slave trade continued into the 1860s.
Never expect to see any “black studies” program in any Western
university–especially in America– teach that it was the WHITE English
who stopped BLACK AFRICAN rulers from capturing blacks, enslaving them and selling them
to locations that needed a work force by blockading the ports, such as
Ouidah–the Gate of No Return–where the black king of Dahomey loaded his
slave war captives onto ships for export.
You, white person, must instead blame yourself. You are a white
“aversive racist” according to the excrement that rule the New York
Times’ “1619 Project,” a collection of lies designed to demonize white
Americans and to destroy their racial confidence so that they willingly
submit to black demands and black dominance.
Only indoctrinated and brainwashed whites incapable of thought could
have engaged in this self-indictment for the enslavement of blacks by
the Black Kingdom of Dahomey. William Gladstone was British Prime
Minister beginning in 1868 after the WHITE British had stamped out the
slave trade run by the BLACK Kingdom of Dahomey.
A former Gladstone had owned slaves on a plantation in the Caribbean,
but he was not responsible for their enslavement. They came to him
already enslaved by their BLACK brothers who captured them in slave
wars.
Now,
dear reader, you tell me, how is it that the enslavement of blacks by
blacks, which was stopped with military and legal action by WHITES, is
today in every Western University and every presstitute propaganda
organization masquerading as “media” blamed on the whites who stopped
the slave trade?

The situation in Maui is a mystery. Something about it just doesn’t
sit right. From the mysterious circumstances surrounding how the fires
started, to the peculiar reactions from officials both before and after
the fires, there’s an unsettling feeling about the whole matter. Now, it
seems that officials are not only hiding the true death toll but are
also being hush-hush about all the missing children. Why?

These numbers are indeed alarming and
should concern everyone. Is there a logical explanation for this
situation, or are these children truly missing?
“only about 400 students from the burn area have
enrolled in other public schools, while about 200 signed up for distance
learning, according to the state. The four schools in Lahaina served
more than 3,000.”
The revelations revealed by Rosenberg who is the president of Advocates for Victims of Illegal Alien Crime (AVIAC) in his testimony were quite shocking and would have most Americans up in arms if only the media would have covered it (instead of ignoring it).
While the Republican-dominated committee only gave Rosenberg roughly five minutes to speak, he also submitted monumental, incredibly well researched written testimony. A portion of it follows:
The Government Accountability Office has produced three reports on criminal alien crime. The last report was released in 2018, covering 2010-2015. Unfortunately, there are no annual statistics available.
• Those incarcerated between 2010-2015 were responsible for over 33,000 murders, homicides, or manslaughters. How many were killed prior, and how many have been killed since?
• By 2015, twenty-one (21) percent of the federal immigration population were criminal aliens. (This data includes legal immigrants).
• In FY 2015, there were 169,300 illegal aliens in state prisons and local jails. (These numbers are based on those requesting SCAAP reimbursement. Not all states and localities request funds. Additionally, there are conviction and length of stay requirements to be reimbursed. The report mentioned three times that these are minimum numbers. And, of course, these numbers don’t reflect that according to FBI statistics, less than 25% of crimes are ever solved, many criminals are given probation, and in the case of illegal aliens, many flee the country before they are arrested or after they are arrested and released.)
• The cost to the five states with the largest incarcerated population was $1.6 billion. California represented over $1 billion of that amount, with Los Angeles County’s share at $87 million.
Furthermore, in just one year (2018), illegal aliens administratively arrested by ICE were responsible for more than 535,000 crimes, according to the Government Accountability Office.
Rosenberg went on to report:
Listed is a small sample of the categories…
• Driving while intoxicated – 80,730.
• Dangerous Drugs – 76,585
• Assault – 50,753
• Kidnapping – 2,085
• Homicides – 2,028
These figures are irrefutable by the feds, as they were compiled by the federal government itself, but covered up by every single member of Congress as well as the White House, along with the propaganda wing of the federal government (i.e. the corrupt news media).
Though Rosenberg reported these astounding facts and figures to Congress a month ago, not one media outlet has bothered to pass the information on to the American people.
No you have it…Whenever a useless politician or dishonest reporter poses the false statement “we have no idea how many crimes are committed by ‘undocumented immigrants,’” you can nail them with these inexcusable numbers.

In a recently unearthed video of the College of Global Public Health Center for Bioethics at New York University Director, Dr. Matthew Liao,

This
level of evil – openly plotting to trigger autoimmune disease in humans

Time and time again throughout 2021, Dr. Anthony Fauci, stood
at the podium, the bright lights of the cameras blinding him as he

(CDC) report has revealed that nearly half a million children and young
adults died within a year of his fateful announcement with over 118,000 of those deaths suspected to be due to the Covid-19 vaccine’s dangerous side effects.
The CDC report should spark widespread outrage and be on the
front page of every single major newspaper. But instead, it has been and
will continue to be met with a deafening silence. Despite the
staggering death toll the report will be buried and swept under the
carpet.
The mainstream media, consumed with working overtime to
distract the public with propaganda on the war in Ukraine, alleged
climate change and the cost of living crisis, has paid and will pay no
attention to the devastating consequences of Dr. Anthony Fauci’s
deception.
The public will continue to be kept in the dark, and the U.S.
Government will move quickly to cover up its own involvement in the
tragedy. With Dr Fauci quietly announcing his “retirement” in August

It’s all business as usual and simply just another day at the
office. But it is also a shocking failure of transparency and
accountability, and the people of the United States should be forever
haunted by the lives lost due to the Covid-19 vaccine scandal.
Compared to other countries, the U.S. Government has been terrible at
publishing relevant and up-to-date data allowing us to analyse the
consequences of rolling out the Covid-19 injections. However, we have
finally managed to stumble upon it thanks to an institution known as the
Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OEC).
The OEC is an intergovernmental organisation with 38 member countries
founded in 1961 to stimulate economic progress and world trade. And for
some reason, they host a wealth of data on excess deaths. You can find
that data for yourself here.
The following chart has been created using the figures found in the
OEC database. Figures that have been provided to the OEC by the U.S.
Centers for Disease Control (CDC). And it shows excess deaths among
children and young adults aged 0-44 across the USA by week in 2020 and
2021.
The official figures reveal that there was a slight increase in
excess deaths among children and young adults when the alleged Covid-19
pandemic hit the US in early 2020.
However, with the introduction of a Covid-19 injection, one would
have expected deaths to have fallen significantly among the age group in
2021. But instead, the opposite happened.
Excess deaths among children and young adults were significantly
higher every single week in 2021 than they were in 2020 except for weeks
29 and 30. But then in week 31, something drastic happened to cause
excess deaths to rise significantly among children and young adults.
And official figures provided by the CDC, unfortunately, show that trend has continued in 2022.
The most recent data released by the CDC covers up to week 40, the
week ending October 9th, and it should be noted that the last few weeks
of data are subject to change. But as you can see from the above, 2022
has also been a significant year for excess deaths among children and
young adults.
Just for comparison, here’s how the figures for 2022 so far compare to the figures up to week 40 in 2020 and 2021.
The CDC has confirmed that there have been 7,680 more excess deaths
among children and young adults in 2022 so far than there were during
the same time frame in 2020 at the height of the alleged Covid-19
pandemic.
The year 2021, was by and far the worst, however, with 27,227 more
excess deaths by week 40 following the roll-out of the Covid-19
injection than what occurred in 2020 at the height of the alleged
Covid-19 pandemic.

the roll-out of the Covid-19 vaccine, and after the roll-out of the
Covid-19 vaccines on the 14th Dec. 2020.
The above figures reveal that the year 2022 so far has only seen
1,352 fewer excess deaths among 0-44-year-olds by week 40 than what
occurred by week 51 in 2022, despite the year 2020 being the alleged
height of the COVID pandemic and also including an extra 11 weeks worth
of deaths.
But the most concerning figures revealed in the above chart are the
overall number of deaths and excess deaths among children and young
adults since the roll-out of the Covid-19 injections.
Nearly half a million people aged 0 to 44 have sadly died since week
51 of 2020, and this has resulted in an astounding 117,719 excess deaths
against the 2015-2019 five-year average.
The average life expectancy in the USA as of 2020 was 77.28 years. If
we are to believe the official narrative that Covid-19 is a deadly
disease then we could perhaps agree that 231,987 children and young
adults up to the age of 44 dying in 2020 resulting in 40,365 excess
deaths was an unfortunate consequence of this disease.
But if we are to believe the official narrative that Covid-19
injections are safe and effective, then how can one explain the further
increase in death among children and young adults in both 2021 and 2022?
Because we know millions of Americans were coerced into getting the
injections, and we know millions of parents were coerced into forcing
their children to also get the same injections.
The answer lies in the fact that the official narrative is an outright lie. The Covid-19 vaccines are neither.
The data provided by the CDC, which has been incredibly hard to find,
only gives us clues as to this being the case with so many deaths among
young Americans. But further data published by the UK Government
confirms it.
One of the pieces of evidence confirming this is a report published
on the 6th of July 2022, by the UK’s Office for National Statistics,
which is a UK Government agency.
Table 2 of the report contains the monthly age-standardised mortality
rates by vaccination status by age group for deaths per 100,000
person-years in England up to May 2022.
We’ve taken the figures provided by the ONS for January to May 2022
and produced the following chart which reveals the horrific consequences
of the mass Covid-19 vaccination campaign.
The chart shows the monthly age-standardised mortality rates by
vaccination status among 18 to 39-year-olds for Non-Covid-19 deaths in
England between January and May 2022 –
In every single month since the beginning of 2022, partly vaccinated
and double vaccinated 18-39-year-olds have been more likely to die than
unvaccinated 18 to 39-year-olds. Triple vaccinated 18 to 39-year-olds
however have had a mortality rate that has worsened by the month
following the mass Booster campaign that occurred in the UK in December
2021.
In January, triple vaccinated 18 to 39-year-olds were ever so
slightly less likely to die than unvaccinated 18 to 39-year-olds, with a
mortality rate of 29.8 per 100,000 among the unvaccinated and 28.1 per
100,000 among the triple vaccinated.
But this all changed from February onwards. In February, triple
vaccinated 18 to 39-year-olds were 27% more likely to die than
unvaccinated 18 to 39-year-olds, with a mortality rate of 26.7 per 100k
among the triple vaccinated and 21 per 100k among the unvaccinated.
Things. unfortunately, got even worse for the triple vaccinated by
May 2022 though. The data shows that triple vaccinated 18 to
39-year-olds were 52% more likely to die than unvaccinated 18 to
39-year-olds in May, with a mortality rate of 21.4 per 100k among the
triple vaccinated and 14.1 among the unvaccinated.
The worst figures so far though are among the partly vaccinated, with
May seeing partly vaccinated 18 to 39-year-olds 202% more likely to die
than unvaccinated 18 to 39-year-olds.
That same report also reveals the mortality rates for children, although the UK Government did try to hide them.
The following chart shows the mortality rates by vaccination status
per 100,000 person-years among children aged 10 to 14 in England for the
period 1st January 2021 to 31st May 2022, according to the figures
provided by the ONS –
In regard to Covid-19 deaths, the ONS reveals that the mortality rate
among unvaccinated children aged 10 to 14 equates to 0.31. But in
regards to one-dose vaccinated children the mortality rate equates to
3.24 per 100,000 person-years, and in regards to triple vaccinated
children the mortality rate equates to a shocking 41.29 per 100,000
person-years.
Unfortunately, there is little improvement when it comes to non-Covid-19 deaths.
Now,
dear reader, you tell me, how is it that the enslavement of blacks by
blacks, which was stopped with military and legal action by WHITES, is
